My commission order book is now full till the end of the year so I can't accept any portrait orders for delivery before 25 December.
However,a Portrait Gift Voucher makes a wonderful gift and is valid for one year which enables the recipient to select their favourite reference photo(s) at their leisure. Please see my website for further details.
If you are the recipient of a Gift Voucher issued during 2010 and require a portrait to be completed by Christmas please contact me .. I allow some free space in my schedule for redemption of Vouchers and can probably accommodate your requirement.
Best Wishes
Sue

Cripes well done on filling that order book Sue....you must be doing everything right! my Christmas order book is still totally empty :-( (although I have done two commissions in advance)
ReplyDeleteIf you get too busy I'll have to come over and be your assistant LOL
I'm sure your order book will soon be full Kay.
ReplyDeleteFor the past couple of years I've received lots of enquiries around August/September for Christmas orders which has been fantastic as it enables me to plan my workload in advance ... and as David's birthday is late November we like to allow some time for a holiday to celebrate/commiserate accordingly!
Great that you are so busy Sue, and thats a fantastic idea with the voucher!
ReplyDeleteNo wonder you are filling up your order book, Sue. You are doing just fabulous work. Go get 'em.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sam
ReplyDeleteI've been offering vouchers for 3 or 4 years now. I think its a great option as the recipient gets to select THEIR favourite photo.
Thank you Gary .. I appreciate your comments :o)
Congratulations on getting so many commissions. You do lovely work.
ReplyDeleteThank you Deb
ReplyDeleteI've just joined your blog as a follower - I love the vibrancy and the detail you get into such small pictures :o)
It has to be a good feeling to be full up for Christmas on your orders. good for you.
ReplyDeleteLove how the Leopard is progressing
Thanks Gary
ReplyDeleteI stopped taking orders in September and now have a 'comfortable' run-up to Xmas. I am doing fewer commissions this year, from choice, as I want to get some exhibition pieces done - mainly wildlife pics which I really enjoy.
Thank you Sue. I'm filling up with Christmas commissions, but sadly I've had a few back out because they unexpectedly got laid off. I guess employers don't want to wait till the holidays to do that. You are smart to start booking in the summer!
