Same happened to me ...Sorry to hear about that Sue. Same happened to me early this year (also Interparcel) Now for larger pieces I sometimes use Acrylic glass if they are being posted. It's slightly more expensive but lighter and unbreakable. I absolutely refuse to mail commissions framed. <br />Mostly my work has been shipped to USA and Switzerland with a few interstate works. I use the wide tubes so they don't have too much roll and ship them with layers of good paper. <br />I do hope the drawing is not damaged beyond repair.
